Take blacks. Lets say 50% of them are democrat lovers, 50% of them are republicans.
When you see 95% voting democrat and 5% republican that means 45% of them switched sides from republican to democrat because of race. So no, its not 10%, its 45%.

No we need hypothetical situation where black candidate would be republican and would need to see how many would switch from being democrat to republican and add it to that 45% already recorded above. Assume it would be same 45%, we have 90%.
So AT VERY LEAST 45% to the assumed 90% if we assume that 95% of blacks would vote republican if next black candidate were republican.
ps: percentage points were used where they were due (just noting that in case somebody does not understand simple numbers)
pps: also 50/50 was used for easier counting, do not argue if that is 55/45 or 51/49 or whatever. You well know its not the point.
