basically you need to free up as much space as you can on your system drive. then you need to defragment it so you can shrink it down below the size of your ssd (you can do the shrinking via computer management tool which is under control panel>administrative tools).. then clone it somehow and swap the drives
I run windows on an 80G ssd... windows takes about 45G
