Reason I say not in the US is because there are not many fair pot studies because most in the US that smoke pot also drink, smoke cigarettes, etc. There are a lot of studies done on Jamaican babies and their developmental growth when their mothers smoke while they are pregnant.

I agree that it is a dumb thing for a politician to say, and an obvious baiting for the born again crowd but saying it does any good is a complete lie and pipe dream, literally...
