I remember her. Well, I remember the nickname, and seeing her posts way back when. That's about it.

I've seen people run their dogs beside cars before, but always big dogs that could keep up. I used to run my last dog beside my bike, but it was me who was struggling to keep up with him. Can't imagine needing a car to properly exercise a Chihuahua, sounds like pure laziness on her part.
