If they are searching for an EMD they might be interested in paying, or at least taking a look, if they weren't they would add "free" "tube" to their search.
Don't want to go in too much detail but the site I mentioned before is outranked for the domain name by a ton of spammy youtube links and URL's that go something like this
http://oy3i.trt4g.com/track/KEYWORD.html
