Cons
I got a new account rep so i ended up having to go to nigel for pretty much everything as my rep was unresponsive or just didnt know the answers
It seems they really work a strict 9-5 schedule. When i say strict i mean i could be in the middle of talking to my rep but at 5pm BAM GONE.
