I am sure that this is because of the EU shows which just ended, but lots of paticipants go over to visit Munich for the Oktoberfest at least for a few days. I haven't seen news on Brad's FB which would say he arrived home or whatever, so I guess he is still away. He is very responsive though on his primary email [Brad at MojoHost].
About their support: Gary, I have had and I am having several support tickets with them in last days and support worked very well on all. So the official support works flawlessly and did so during the last weeks [as usual].
