Sales and tech support it is completely different people.
The tech guys are a dozen and in shifts 24/7, you open a ticket they reply in minutes and always someone is in ICQ too, I have 5 dedicated servers with them with custom cam site with all the possible issues and I banged their tech support and they're there always, it included we got a ddos and they put there an extra firewall for free and kept there months, I mean an extra server just as firewall it was not billed to us!
About sales being slow, in fact very often sales forgets to ask you money, or they send invoiced weeks late, and you have to offer them to be paid, remind them you have to pay them, this is quite useful feature at times, to be honest (to be asked late to pay lol).
Sales people these weeks are around all those european summits, that made them less available online I guess - planes, parties and who knows what. I see their geek support guys in ICQ right now, no party
