Anybody out there use these guys? I was thinking quite a few of you did. I was going to try switching about half my sites over to them but I'm having second thoughts.
For almost a week I and AJ from elevatedx have been trying to reach them for server price so I can get them my credit card and start. Not 1 callback, even though I keep bugging them.
I'm worried that if they have a server problem and I can't get tech support for a week I can't have my sites down like that. I would think I would get a call back faster when I'm trying to give them money and not complaining about server issues.
Mojohost are you on here? Help out a fellow GFY'er won't ya? Time is an issue for me here for reasons I will explain.
