Hey Everyone,

Look if we upset anyone, please let us know. I don't like being called a fraud. Recently we had to terminate several of our free accounts for AUP violations, but only after the account holders were unresponsive to our communications with regards to the violation. FYI the infraction on our AUP was for setting up spam scripts on our network, which we don't permit, and honestly I don't think any one does. Still we understand that such issues generally can be resolved so we at least attempt to work out the problem to everyone's satisfaction by first attempting to call the customer and then via email warnings/notices. Only after 7 days of unresponsiveness do we suspend and then terminate the account.
