Tested one of those $40 chinese android smal boxes and could chat on our site and see video ok on 50" plasma with no issues. Just had to find how to switch from chinese to english in the language menu first
But what it matters it is the billing I think, billing in tv bill instead of enter credit card separately in an Epoch or such form from tv.
