I remember back in like 1977 buying a John Player Special Europa for around $2500.00 USD because he top leaked and had filled the footwells with water. The owner let it sit that way for several months and it smelled like shit. Pulled the seats and all the carpet, had them redone, disinfected the car and drove it for several years. Geting in and out of it was quite a job as Europas fit a guy my size like a very tight glove.

The only way I could get out of our Europa was to crawl out onto the floor and then stand up afterwards. Not exactly graceful
