I was afraid that Hughes Net was unreliable. Right now I use Verizon 3G cards when I am away from my main office which is now more than 10 month out of the year.

Problem in campsites are trees etc that may block the view. I assume if that is the case I need to drive to a spot that has a clear shot and work from there and the drive back to the camping spot. That will only work is one of those "auto aligning antennas" work well.

As for power, generators won't work for me (though I have one) as the venture will be billed as a "mobile green office" as all equipment to run the business side has to be carbon neutral.

Baddog, Parks closing? Distinct possibility for some as well as major service cut backs.

Let's just say that there are some that will always be able to LEGALLY access even parks that are closed to the public with DOI blessings (which I have done already) and leave it as that. This would be a continuation of an ongoing nonprofit mainstream I started more than 7 years ago.
