Usually stems from childhood. Especially those who have ones like the balloon fetishes. Or come from some kind of traumatic event in a persons life.
I haven't herd of the shampoo one but there was another guy i saw that would always ask the girls to wear a heavy wool sweater. At times even multiple ones. just to see the girls sweat.
