I personally don't care what adults do. It's not to anyone's benefit to pretend STDs are not a problem or that testing is somehow a great solution being that nothing happens in real time.
I am amused by this issue because its something like watching a group of retards form a chess team. At the end of the day, you have to have a stronger argument than safety and health to strike down or deter such legislation and its comical to me that a bunch of self entitled, "I hate the man" and "I should be able to do what I want" morons always think "I want to do what I want to do" - then loosely tying that to the Constitution and then walk away smugly thinking it is a great argument and should be enough to get the job done.
Even funnier is the argument of "doing something is better than doing nothing" - so in the end, you have a bunch of fucking morons making a video showing a porn star talking about contracting and STD on the set - so therefore, condoms aren't necessary.
There just isn't enough faces or palms for this one.
