OK sarcasm isn't your strong point.
I agree with you about some areas in the US having a terrible crime problem, most of it brought on by poverty and a sense of being cast off by the rest of America. Do you think these people should be got back into the system by having more employment opportunities and better education or less than they are presently given?

Farmers are not poor ad they shouldn't be.
The database tracks $240 billion in farm subsidies from commodity, crop insurance, and disaster programs and $37 billion in conservation payments paid between 1995 and 2011.
Is this one of the handouts you think should be cut, as it's not going to the poor?
