Verizon and I didn't bother to get insurance through them because its like $14/mo with a $180 deductible. I can buy a phone on CL for the same price after I've had the phone for a few months, so it's not worth it.
Im curious to see if there are any other providers, but even my regular insurance company wont cover iPhones, only iPads
