At my real job as admin at an ISP I have to deal with the thousands of daily spam emails we receive directed at kids and families. What response do you think I get when I ask the programs (most of them advertised here) to stop the emails? We get no reply.
Take a look at a few password sites and see who their sponsors are. What response do you think I have had from those sponsors when I have tried to talk to them when my stolen passes are listed about pulling the plug on thieves? We get no reply, and we never will as they make money from this.

Shop, I can agree with you here and there and you hit some dead on points.
However, these foreign hosts who think they're immune have a rude awakening ahead.
People have been so fed up with them allowing all kinds of criminal shit to occur something HAS ( notice past tense? ) done about it but it won't be revealed til some special actions are in place.
The days of hidden and protected shit are soon to be over with a resounding thud and I for one am glad my shit ain't associated with it.
Same goes for Russia, Ukraine, UAR and the rest.
