That isn't the point. Yes, she violated a court order, but it was an order that never should have been given. Did she say anything bad about the court, the officers or anyone she was dealing with the court system? Did she say these things in cour? No. She made herself come off like a dumbass.
If she were a columnist for a newspaper and she made the same comment in her column do you think for a second the judge would have forced her to retract the statement and shut her column or the paper down? No.
I understand that Facebook is not a right. I personally think it is basically a waste of time, but to me this is clearly a violation of free speech.
