yup! if it's POV for sure. If there's a stud in the scene he has to be paid. We pay $300. Others i hear pay $100 and there are some guys who find guys off the street and pay them nothing.

Only major expense is talent - but there is overhead as in any other business. Camera, lighting gear, computers, office etc and some people have studios, we do now. So more overhead.
