In this case it seems you already get 35% revshare regardless, but in addition you get paid per click, capped at $40 worth of the lowest per-click rate, if your traffic makes no sales in that month. Interesting model, guess it could be useful to give you some beer money if you have a [really, REALLY] bad month.
