Your only other option is send a Cease & Desist to each web site. But when they're hosting in China, I'm sure they'll take you seriously.

One thing the DMCA is good for. If the Chinese host doesn't pull the plug, you can bump the infringment notices up to their upstream providers. Eventually you'll get one who fears a DMCA lawsuit more than cutting the wire.
