It is a big job for AK to shut down paypal for sites that are infringing. I know, because I contacted and dmca's paypal every week for months over a filelocker/pirate marriage. No answer. Nothing. Ignored. So if you are saying he is able to shut down paypal for legit sites, I have a difficult time buying that.
