Trust. I know if I promote a CCBill program my referrals will be paid even if the program closes its doors. I wish there was more transparency or an independent organization that monitored all programs and their revenue to ensure there was no cheating/shaving. I'd feel more confident about promoting programs who don't use CCBill.
