Actually, the analogy is wrong in general...
If we owned a restaurant that operated like one of our Tubes we would have a kitchen accessible by anyone that can cook there for free or bring cooked food and eat themself or give the food away to others for free.
Not a bad idea, just gotta find the spin with what to make money, for example a 2nd floor with a 5 star expensive restaurant that gets promoted with the crowed being on the 1st floor....
Hmmm.... Lemme see if I can find a place for this, thx for the idea!
