LOL, Serge has been this way since Day 1 and this is part of his charm.
Rule #1 - Don't take him serious on the boards.
Rule #2 - He is a master at "goating" people, don't cave in.
Rule #3 - Dance with the dragon, and wit back at him.
Conclusion:
He is harmless and a teddy bear, he is a moving target that can be out foxed, turn the tables on him and play with him in a thread and you will grow to love that old Ruskie :-)
