Hi Guys I have Word from TMM/NATS after they have looked at my settings. This is what they had to say:

"The way you have your Caribbean Delight program set up, is that it will hide joins from the affiliate. You also only pay out for rebills for this program. In the one instance with affiliate1 where he sees only one rebill, that sale was chargebacked. The way the program is set up to handle chargebacks is to deduct them from the affiliate. This means he will never see any joins and what he earned from the original rebill has been taken from him.

For affiliate: affiliate2, he has never had any rebills, and he will never see any joins either, since you have the hide join option selected in the program."

So guys it would seem like when i did the program I set joins to hide since one this particular program we are only paying on rebills. If you guys like we could set the settings to should you the joins. This way you would see all the joins voids, credit or Chargebacks. Would you like that?
