We've also had other problems with the phone trying to get simple things to work. I'm not really a noob to iPhones - We have half a dozen iPods and iTouches - but still have problems with the iPhone. I don't see how they are better than any other phone.

The iPhone is one of the worst phones ever made, but it is one of the best pocket computers ever made.
I hardly talk on mine, so for me it's a just a great pocket computer. I'd carry an older Motorola or an old Nokia if I wanted a great phone for talking.
