It's usually much more apparent these days when someone is shaving anything because the ratios are already naturally worse. In most cases if you shave anything from me I'm going to notice it and stop future promotion. It doesn't make sense to promote sponsors at 1:5,000 or those on revshare only making $16 per sale because there is rebill shaving or the adding fake credits. If you want affiliates to stay in the industry and promote you it's time to be a little more honest.
