That is a scanned jpg so you cannot search text but I scanned it and only saw 'communication' with regard to unlawful access -- chapter and title of any reference to adult sex cams being made illegal?
I personally know of raids and arrests there of studio operators and cam performers. One USA cam site owner I know was arrested and then ejected from the country in connection with his business dealings there in 2006 I believe -- the US Embassy interceded with the military police to secure his release.
Owning or operating a webcam studio is a form of pandering like a house of prostitution under their local laws or something like that.
There is a bribery side to this business in many countries. This is one reason that we do not own or operate studios. We just broadcast content that is lawful in our domicile -- The Netherlands.
