Raw nuts are more nutritious than roasted nuts, and avoid salted nuts.
I like almonds the best, and use them in salads all the time. Walnuts are good in a variety of dishes too.
When eating a handful of nuts, I generally go for pistachios or cashews.
At baseball games, good ol' roasted in the shell peanuts rule...
Pecan pie and macadamia chocolates are among my favorite dessert vices.
