And just what the fuck do you think you are going to do about it?
1. You do not have any rights to the photo in any way, so you have no right to try to enforce those rights (that you do not have)
2. The person that actually owns the rights to the original photo has posted in this thread and I haven't seen him complain.
3. Putting the words on the photo, basically turning it into a meme, gives me certain rights under fair use.
