Yeah same here, I found it a couple of weeks ago. Check out the videos, some of them look really well done plus it costs a fraction of a hair transplant.

Pretty much, although they do it in phases so it slowly blends in with your existing hair. The only issue is you have to keep your hair short which most guys do anyway if they are going bald.
