yeah, I am guessing so but to be honest I didn't see any of the arrests happening. Weed was everywhere and they weren't doing anyone for it. I am guessing it was idiots that got too drunk prior to being allowed into the stones and picked a fight with the police.
Just like you can be assured the idiots climbing the stones weren't druids either. To the credit of the crowd, they shouted the climbers down.
