In terms of porn, tranny, transsexual, tgirl, shemale are all used to define a transsexual. They are "catch all" names used to define a transgendered person. However, some of them
may be considered offensive if you used it in real life, depending on you who talk to.
Ladyboys are used to describe Asian transsexuals. In the Philippines, some refer to them as Billy Boys. But you can call them Asian shemales, Asian transsexuals, Asian tgirls, or just ladyboys. "Katoey" is a Thai specific word for Asian Transsexual. "New Half" is what they call Japanese shemales.
A Femboy can be a very feminine boy, or a shemale who has not yet had any operations, has no breasts, and generally is still in the transition phase. However, they do not have to be in the transition phase, many live their lives as femboys. Some would say being a femboy is all about how they present themselves and act. I categorize them as shemales with no tits or small hormone tits, and little to no plastic surgery. A little on the boyish side.
