It seems there are very few left now that RK has gone over to Manwin.

So between Manwin, which doesn't seem to care about affiliates (doesn't need traffic because they already own most of it by making Google their bitches)

And Media Revenue (or whatever its calling itself and all of its not-so-secret subsidiaries) which doesn't care about surfers since they seem to own most credit card #'s anyway

Who is left?

Pimproll and 5,000 mom and pops? Who else?
