Yeah, I'm about forty or fifty pounds overweight. I've been going to the gym three times a week and running every day, not working so much. I watch what I eat too. Time to double up my efforts.

For the last month and a half I've been going to the gym an average of twice a day. 1.25 - 1.5 hours each visit. I've also significantly changed my eating habits. Between your gain and my loss you are now bigger than I am.
