People with black skin came from areas with blood parasites. Skin with ample melanin production is more resistant to such environments. However it consumes more energy and therefore is less advantageous in many temperate climates.
Taken literally you are saying that people who have lived away from blood parasites for a few dozen generations are superior and enlightened. If they instead die of cholera, dysentery, bubonic plague, smallpox and war it's ok as long as they stay away from mosquitos and flies? By avoiding these particular bugs humans will gain utopia?
