I'm not upset about losing their affiliate partnership and I'm fine with going our separate ways, but I'm incredibly frustrated that this is happening in the sense that someone created this account and it's clearly making me look bad. I've got nothing to hide at all here but other than reporting the account (which I've done) and changing the blog's address so that the Facebook can not import anymore, I don't know what else I can do.

It's fairly common and doesn't make you look bad really. Somebody is scraping your content. That's the end of the story. If it's not you, you did nothing wrong, and there is really not much you can do about it nor do you need to.
The real beef is with the guy that is impersonating this model. There is nothing wrong with your content use, from what I understand.
