The EASIEST resolution to this is to get the damn fake FB page removed...go report it, and have him, as well as anyone else who you can get to care, to report it.
Explain to him, if you haven't already, what is apparently going on.

Asking for advice here, is all well and good, but common sense dictates, to get the damn FB page removed. {It says it's only been there since Wednesday...so, it ought not be too difficult}
