I do write posts, I do pay for posts but everything I do is handwritten 100%.

It fluctuates month to month. Not much really that much but doing part time and making enough to pay a few bills here and there a month.

I have never used traffic holder. My only fear with buying traffic is the bounce rate that comes with it. Google may get upset and drop rankings.
