No, not because of conversion ratios or whatever. Just did a poll on a few of my free sites, turns out about 25% of the surfers there are underage, with 10% being under 14.
Now, ofcourse watching porn does have an influence on the sexual development of children and young teens. They are easily influenced by just about anything, and there is no reason to believe porn is any different in that. If you look at what most porn consists of, that influence can only be bad.
Expecting parents to take the entire responsibility for making sure their children can't watch that kind of stuff might sound reasonable. However, since most parents know far less about computers and the internet than their children do, and simply can't be with them 24/7, it just doesn't work that way.
