Why not just put those who bug you on ignore. Realistically, the board software itself allows everyone to control their experience here, from turning on/off sigs and avatars to ignoring those who effectively waste your time.
I'm not sure banning anyone at all is needed when you can control your own board experience
Free Speech and all that... this is after all the one thing that unites all of us in the adult industry
