Breakfast- 3 whole eggs, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 chobani greek yogurt, 1 cup oats, 12 oz egg whites, 1 banana, 3 tbs natural pb, 1 tbs coconut oil
Between - 2 servings sunflower seeds
Lunch - 12 oz chicken, 1 tortilla, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup cheese
Between - 2 Baby Bell whole fat cheeses, 1 avocado, Egg whites or essential aminos
Dinner - 12oz chicken or steak 1/2-1 cup rice, 8 oz egg whites
Before bed - Cheese/greek yogurt/almonds or sunflower seeds, eggs or Homemade burrito. (any way to get 5-800 cals in before bed)
Total 37-4200/day
