If no one thinks they can be tweaked to work then good enough.
One minute you're telling us how people tip performers. Then telling us a tipping system won't work for live shows on a paysite.
Maybe it would work best on a Cam site. But how about selling the feed to paysites as an extra form of income. What do they have to lose?
