Look, if you have saved your evidence of sending money to this guy, and there are at least a few of you, we can make something happen.

I think he's hoping he can perpetrate a small fraud numerous times and people will not deal with it because it isn't worth the hassle.
I have an attorney in my family I just consulted. The guy has perpetrated an interstate fraud, much more serious than shoplifting at the local Target. He can either reimburse the people he scammed, or go to jail.
Tom Davis---you need to quickly get ahold of the people you owe money to, and figure out how you're going to do the service you promised them, or reimburse them. Otherwise, there is a good chance you'll do jail time.
