I don't know the set up costs, so forgive me for that. Big Sister cost a fortune and was run badly. So a few ideas off the top of my head.
A live Webcam operation set it up with a room for couples to come in at different times and perform for tips or to perform for the scenes to be leased to paysites. On a per viewer, per minute payment scheme. Might be easier to link it to BW.
Set up a small webcam facility in peoples home, one room. Give them a schedule for performances. Then sell it as I explained above.
For sites like Homegrown and My Dirty Hobby it seems a no brainer. As well as recorded video, which they still sell. The members get to see a live show and to participate in some remote way.
Take the idea and think how it will work, rather than read my name and think how it won't. Which means not having to adapt.
