Well, I wouldn't say better... I'd say they are equal and should be treated as they are.
Some could argue that less people died from doing something stupid on pot only because getting pot is harder to do than getting alcohol... so it's a matter of ratios.
if 10 people out of 100 die from being drunk and 1 person out of 10 die from being stoned.. which is worse?
I do agree that legalizing pot, or at least having more of a hand in it could lead to tons of money for the governments.
