hey, it has been a long time. is your weiner dog still around?

it's not hard to make a nice join page - you just create your own HTML page based on your tour design and leave the area where you want the join buttons blank - then go into CCBILL Admin and go to the Form Admin and look for 'Generate HTML' - should give you the code for the buttons for whatever pricing options (Credit Card, Check) you have set up for your site. Copy and past that code into the space you created to hold the join buttons. You can style the buttons with CSS or use images for the join buttons. Google will have tutorials on using images for form submit buttons.
