My ex-brother in law worked in financial, and made a big deal about his job all of the time. He was non-stop bragging about the amounts of money going by his desk, and acted like he was doing God's work. He never asked me a single question about what I do, which is infinitely more interesting and I actually create a product. He just leeches onto money made by other people and shaves some off the top, and acts like it's some great achievement. It's fucking lazy and shows low character if you ask me.

I have seen you say this several times before. I'm not sure why you think "paper pushers" don't do anything. Sure, many don't, but many ditch diggers don't either.
Crunching numbers is essential to any business. If you don't have a number cruncher, enjoy your ride, it probably won't last too long.
